Marion is the owner of The Satellite Bookkeeper (Muskoka). Prior to starting her business, she has worked side-by-side with her husband, who is an experienced bookkeeper, for many years. Marion has 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping and day to day business operations, as she has owned several businesses over the course of her 45 year working career.
Marion runs her bookkeeping business out of her home that she shares with her husband, Clyde, and tabby cat, Emma.
With over 35 years of combined bookkeeping experience, The Satellite Bookkeeper (Muskoka) provides off-site professional bookkeeping services to small businesses in Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Huntsville and the surrounding Muskoka area. We will use whichever bookkeeping software you prefer, be it on-line or desktop, to provide data entry, payroll, bank reconciliations, government remittances, and financial statements for your accountant.
We can provide daily, weekly or monthly bookkeeping. We understand how important it is to keep cash flow running smoothly in your business and knowing that your bookkeeping needs are taken care of, frees up your time to do the more important things – like running your business!
Keeping your bank account balanced and credit card accounts current is what we do best! We’ll make sure that each month your bank accounts and/or credit card statements are reconciled and provide you with a report for your records.
Whatever your payroll needs are, we’re here for you. Using programs such as ADP or Ceridian, as well as the CRA payroll programs, your employees will appreciate payment via direct deposit or via cheque.
We do not prepare tax returns, however we will review your financials including receivables with you, and then prepare financial statements for your accountant.
