Our partnership involves bringing meaningful seminars on current insurance issues. Our first seminar (Not for Profit D&O) was well received with over 30 attendees. As a member of the four local chambers of commerce, Leon’s (Muskoka franchises) knows the value of trade associations and the benefits gained through membership. We take advantage of the Esso fleet discount program and the Chamber Group Benefits plan which we have had in place for more than 30 years. We have also hosted Business After Hours events in both our stores which provide terrific opportunities to network and reacquaint with like-minded members of the business community.

Action First Aid has been thrilled to become a member of the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce. Being a retail shop owner in the BIA of Bracebridge, we feel also being a member of the Bracebridge Chamber adds value to our business. One in particular is the Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan. As a small business, being able to participate in supplemental health insurance can be very costly. With our Chamber membership we can get group rates to reduce our costs. In addition, the Bracebridge Chamber team keeps us informed on provincial guidelines and other information that have been invaluable during these unusual times to operate a shop.
