WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Material Information System) in Canada has recently changed to align with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS); these changes are now referred to as “WHMIS 2015”, and the older version as “WHMIS 1988”.
