These facilitated discussions provide an opportunity for health & safety professionals to share ideas and best practices. You’ll also learn about auditing methods, OH&S benchmarking tools and products, programs and services available to continually improve your health & safety program.

Come to this session for an overview of The Fire Code. Find out what are some of the common concerns and contraventions and what you can do to reduce your risk of fire and improve fire safety at your workplace.
The intent of this session is to be interactive, so come prepared with all the questions you were afraid to ask, such as: How do I properly store my compressed gas cylinders? How much can I store? What can I store inside or what needs to be outside? How often do I need to check my fire extinguisher? Do I need a sprinkler system? Are those cardboard boxes really a concern? How often do I need to run fire drills? This is your opportunity to ask the experts, Orillia Fire Prevention Officer will be joining us!
