Job Opportunity with CedarCoast Timber Homes

• Experience with interior design and residential finishing specifications
• Understand the construction process and have experience in the industry
• Proficient with AutoCAD software and knowledge of Part 9 of the O.B.C.
• Have a talent to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on interior design details and options along with associated costs
• Design and draw interior finishing details such as cabinetry, stairs, flooring, fixtures and other finishes
• Specify, negotiate and procure finishing materials
• Assist the Construction Managers with the scheduling and management of materials and trades
• Track and reconcile budgets
