DAY 1
President’s Performance Review: In this thought provoking workshop, you’ll leave with 4 great self evaluation tests completed, and a clear picture of your own learning plan to improve as business leader. You will take a deep dive into what your job description as Company Owner really boils down to. You will also assess how well you’re performing in the 7 things every business needs the owner to be accountable for. You’ll also identify what you naturally gravitate toward and away from, in order to improve your performance as president/ owner. You’ll also discover what your business needs from you, what you are doing well, and identify your own ‘mission critical’ areas where you need to take steps.
