The Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce is doing some new initiatives in 2019. Since we believe that when our members thrive our entire community thrives and we feel that one of our new initiatives, @LunchChat, will offer valuable information to our members. These half hour lunch chats can be seen wherever you are and can be watched on your mobile device, tablet or computer through Facebook Live Videos.
So what is Facebook Live?It is a feature of Facebook that broadcasts real-time video to Facebook users and if you follow us on Facebook (and we really hope you do!) you will get an alert saying that a Facebook Live Video will be starting soon from the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce. During these monthly half hour sessions you can ask ‘real-time’ questions and get an answer right away! We are excited that we have six professionals in their fields, from this community, sharing their expertise and knowledge with you for free! All you have to do is tune in a bit before 12 noon, on the Bracebridge Chamber of Commerce Facebook page the second Tuesday of each month! Here is the line-up for the first six months of 2019: Tues. Jan. 8th: Audrey van Petegem from Muskoka Foundry – 11 Free Marketing tools we all should be using. Audrey’s lunch will be provided by our maravilloso Chamber member El Pueblito Mexican Restaurant. Tues. Feb. 12th: Steve Bacon from Four Season Greens – Changing careers and staying healthy at the same time. Steve’s lunch will be provided by our wonderful Chamber member Riverwalk Restaurant. Tues. Mar. 12th: Patti Kay Hanrath from Kinergy Leadership – Empowering the entrepreneur. Patti will be enjoying an authentic Italian meal from our meraviglioso member Rende Italian Eatery. Tues. April 9th: Ali Gamble from The Gamble Farm – Grant writing and business plans. Ali’s lunch is provided by South Muskoka Curling & Golf Club. Tues. May 14th: Jacki Hart from Consulting By Hart – Know your business’ business. Jacki’s Lunch will be provided by our iontach Chamber Member Kelly’s Kitchen Pub. Tues. June 11th: Jodi Chapman-Good from Muskoka Futures – New at Muskoka Futures. Jodi will be enjoying a healthy lunch provided by our community minded friends at the Pita Pit in Bracebridge. Tues. Oct. 8th: Susan Keast from Resources Ink – Recruit, Retain & Interviewing 101. Look for this image! |
